DATA WORK FLOW
Streamlining the sponsorship sales process begins by entering all sponsored inventory and sponsor contact information into the TSE GameTime SponsorPRO database. When a sponsor requests a proposal, sponsored elements are added to the proposal creator and a proposal deliverable is created. When a proposal is generated, the status of all sponsored inventory included on that proposal update to a pending.
When a proposal is accepted, the record is updated to contracted and all pending inventory updates to a sold status. The option to create an invoice and/or a task list for that contract is then available.
Task lists are managed and contracts are executed accordingly. During execution, links, files, and images can be uploaded into TSE GameTime SponsorPRO at anytime from any computer with an internet connection. This data can then be used to create sponsorship proof of performance deliverables.
